REVOLUTIONARY RESULTS IN CUSTOM DESIGNED SOLUTIONS

The Medical Boxes maintain the required temperature during transport for vaccines, red cells, whole blood, frozen plasma and platelets.

We have Cardboard Disposable boxes, available in 9, 21, 52 and 80 Litres. We provide the Provisional Health Department with these boxes along with the Eutectic plate to keep the vaccines at their 2-8°C required temperature. Our Eutectic Plate for Blood at +22°C are currently used by the South African National Blood Services (SANBS) – The largest Blood bank in South Africa. The plates, which have been in use for the past seven years, currently transport whole blood from donor to blood bank, red cell from blood bank to clinic or hospital and fresh frozen plasma to hospitals. Evericed® Blood Transport Systems are being developed for platelets

Our products have been tried and tested to specific temperatures, and follow full standard operating procedures, are an economical solution and simple to use.

Our New 31lt Medical Box is now Available. Its unique 3 Eutectic plate positioning allows for better airflow circulation. With a thermometer reading for accuracy, a perspex sheet for documentation, stackable and lockable features, make this Medical Box one of a Kind.

Developed in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation rabies elimination project, the Evericed® cooler box system had to stand up to the harsh conditions of African disease control.

It needed to withstand being transported on the back of LDV’s through hundreds of kilometres of harsh gravel roads. It needed to be tough enough to endure constant opening and closing while,
maintaining critical temperatures that vaccines require, in the hottest of African summers.

To my knowledge there is no other cooler box able to do all of this. Test results showed that even being opened and closed over 100 times a day it can still keep vaccines between 2-8 degrees at over 30 degrees ambient temperature.

Tried and tested by KZN veterinary services, this is quite easily the best non electrified vaccine transport system available.

During the past ten years we have carried out a number of projects with Bafazi Business Corporation involving the development of cold chain systems for the transport of donated blood and blood products.

I would not hesitate in recommending Bafazi for their work ethic and dedication to the continued development of better and more advanced eutectic plates for our organisation.
